Free, with no card
Signing up grants 20 pages with full Excel, CSV and QuickBooks export. That grant is the trial — there is no time limit and nothing charges you on day eight. Without an account you can still parse one statement a day, up to four pages, and view the table.
Questions
- What counts as a page?
- A page of the PDF you upload. A four-page checking statement costs four pages; a twenty-page credit card statement costs twenty. You are charged when you first export a statement, not when you parse it.
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. Signing up gives you 20 pages with full export and no card. Nothing auto-charges when they run out — you simply choose whether to buy more.
- What happens if I run out?
- You can keep parsing up to 30 pages a day and viewing the reconciled table, so you can still check a statement adds up. Exporting to Excel, CSV or QuickBooks needs credits.
- Do unused pages expire?
- Pack pages never expire. Subscription pages are a monthly allowance and reset each billing period.
- Does re-exporting cost me twice?
- No. Credits are debited once per statement, on first export. Re-downloading the same statement in another format is free.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing portal linked on your account page — it is Paddle's own portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. No retention flow, no email required.
