StatementSnap converts any bank statement to Excel, CSV, or QuickBooks
StatementSnap is a web app that converts a PDF bank statement or credit card statement into an editable transaction table, then exports it as an Excel file, a CSV, or a QuickBooks file. Drop a statement below — seconds later you get the table, with a badge confirming the balances add up.
You can convert a statement without an account. Signing in with Google is optional: it creates your StatementSnap account and gives us your name, email address, and profile picture — nothing more, and never access to anything else in your Google account. What we do with it is in our privacy policy.

What it does
The badge is the whole point
Any bank statement converter can guess at a table. This one checks its own work, in code rather than in a language model — so the badge is arithmetic we performed, not something a model asserted.
