How to download your Lili statement as a PDF
- Open the Lili app or sign in on the web.
- Open the account whose statement you need.
- Look for "Statements & Documents" (some banks label it "Statements", "Documents", or "eStatements").
- Choose the statement period you want.
- Download or print it to PDF and save the file — do not screenshot it, since a screenshot has no text layer.
- Drop that PDF onto StatementSnap and export to Excel, CSV, or QuickBooks.
What Lili statements look like
Lili statements are generated as PDFs in the app or web dashboard rather than mailed on paper, so they almost always carry a clean text layer. StatementSnap reads the statement as it is laid out, so you do not need a template for it.
What you get back
An editable table like this, with a badge confirming the balances add up. Fix anything that looks off before you export — the badge updates as you type.

Lili statement questions
- How do I convert a Lili statement to Excel?
- Download the statement as a PDF from Lili, drop it onto StatementSnap, check the transaction table, then export to XLSX. Amounts come through as real numbers, so totals and pivot tables work immediately.
- Can I import Lili transactions into QuickBooks?
- Yes. Export the parsed statement as a QBO (OFX) file and import it in QuickBooks under Transactions → Banking → Upload from file. The same file also works with Xero and other tools that accept OFX.
- What does "Balances reconcile" mean on a Lili statement?
- It means the beginning balance plus every transaction we read equals the ending balance to the cent. It is computed in code, not guessed by a model, so a green badge is real evidence that no transaction was dropped.
