How to download your Ramp statement as a PDF

  1. Sign in to Ramp online banking on a desktop browser (statement PDFs are easiest to save there).
  2. Open the account whose statement you need.
  3. Look for "Statements & Documents" (some issuers label it "Statements", "Documents", or "eStatements").
  4. Choose the statement period you want.
  5. Download or print it to PDF and save the file — do not screenshot it, since a screenshot has no text layer.
  6. Drop that PDF onto StatementSnap and export to Excel, CSV, or QuickBooks.

What Ramp statements look like

Ramp credit card statements report the balance owed as a positive number. StatementSnap detects that convention automatically, signs purchases negative and payments positive, and still verifies that the balances reconcile. StatementSnap reads the statement as it is laid out, so you do not need a template for it.

What you get back

An editable table like this, with a badge confirming the balances add up. Fix anything that looks off before you export — the badge updates as you type.

Ramp statement questions

How do I convert a Ramp statement to Excel?
Download the statement as a PDF from Ramp, drop it onto StatementSnap, check the transaction table, then export to XLSX. Amounts come through as real numbers, so totals and pivot tables work immediately.
Can I import Ramp transactions into QuickBooks?
Yes. Export the parsed statement as a QBO (OFX) file and import it in QuickBooks under Transactions → Banking → Upload from file. The same file also works with Xero and other tools that accept OFX.
Why does my Ramp balance look negative in the export?
Credit card statements report what you owe as a positive number. StatementSnap signs purchases negative and payments positive so the math behaves like a ledger, and it checks both conventions before showing the "Balances reconcile" badge.
