What Chime statements look like

One Chime statement can cover several products at once. Each one contains separate sections for Checking, Savings, Credit Builder and the Chime Card, each with its own ending balance — so what looks like a single account statement is really several stacked in one document. StatementSnap parses the primary account and raises a warning about the others rather than silently merging them, which matters here more than at most banks: merge a Credit Builder section into a Checking section and every total is wrong in a way that still looks plausible. Statements are generated monthly for Checking and Savings, and by billing cycle for Credit Builder, so the two do not line up on the calendar.

Chime statement questions

My Chime statement has Checking, Savings and Credit Builder all in it. What happens on conversion?
StatementSnap parses the primary account and warns you about the others rather than blending them together. If you need each separately, convert the statement once per section and delete the rows belonging to the others — every row is editable before export.
Why doesn't my Credit Builder statement match my Checking one?
Because they are generated on different schedules. Checking and Savings statements are monthly; Credit Builder is by billing cycle. They will not cover identical date ranges, and that is expected rather than an error.
Where are statements in the Chime app?
Profile, then Documents, then Account statements. Choose the account and month, then use the export icon at the top right. On chime.com it is Profile then Documents after logging in.
Does Chime send paper statements?
No — Chime do not provide physical statements, so downloading and keeping the PDFs yourself is the only archive you will have. Worth doing as they arrive if you ever need to show them to a lender or an accountant.
