The other practical split is between the app and the web: statements are reachable from both, but transaction export is web-only, which surprises people who do everything else on their phone. Does SoFi post paper statements?

Not for Checking and Savings. The PDFs on your Banking homepage are the whole record, which is a good reason to download and keep them rather than relying on the account still being open when you need them.

Where do I find SoFi statements?

Log in and click Statements on the Banking homepage. They are organised by month and year and download as PDFs.

Why can't I export my SoFi transactions from the app?

Transaction export is a web feature rather than an app one. Statements themselves are reachable either way, so if you are on your phone you can still download the PDF and convert that.

Is a SoFi statement straightforward to convert?

Yes. SoFi generate their statements digitally rather than scanning printed ones, so they carry a clean text layer — the fast path, where the transactions are read directly rather than from an image of the page.

I have SoFi Money, not Checking and Savings. Is that different?

It is a separate product with its own statement schedule, and SoFi document the two separately. If you hold both, check which account each statement belongs to before converting — the reconciliation is per statement, so mixing them up produces two files that each look fine and neither of which is what you wanted.

Can I convert several SoFi statements at once?

Yes. Download the months you need from the Statements list, then upload the set together with batch upload. That is usually quicker than the app-versus-web dance, since the statements themselves are reachable from either.
